Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from The Beauty House. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, please review our policy below:

Change of Mind Refunds

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you can receive a refund minus a $5 administration fee. This fee helps cover processing costs, including fees charged by third-party payment providers such as Shopify Payments, After pay, and PayPal.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thebeautyhouse@xtra.co.nz with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at thebeautyhouse@xtra.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty, or sent in error.

Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another product, please place a new order through our website.

Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
