Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• New Zealand Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days

• Rural Delivery: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location

We use trusted New Zealand Post to ensure your order arrives safely.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within New Zealand.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally, however this can be organized if you get in touch.  We will be adding this service in the near future.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery.

Delays & Issues
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, especially during peak periods or unforeseen events. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at thebeautyhouse@xtra.co.nz

Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue with our courier.
