Optional Prime: Apply a light dusting of powder or eye primer to create a smooth, dry base.
2. Application Techniques:
The "Stamp and Drag" Method: For a precise line, use the fine, flexible tip to create small, short strokes rather than one long, continuous line.
Tightlining: Use the tip of the liner to fill in the space between the eyelashes on the upper lid to make them appear thicker.
Building the Line: Start with a thin line, then build up the thickness gradually.
